This property was built in September 2013, and it located less than 3.5 miles to Disney World. This townhome offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, with a small private splash pool. The kitchen offers high end appliances, granite counter tops, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you will need to cook a fancy feast. There are 3 flat screen TV's in the home, and the property can accommodate up to 10 guests.What separates this townhome from other properties we offer is the location to Disney World and all the amenities the community offers. Paradise Palms is a beautiful vacation home community located just minutes from Disney World. At this full-service resort, you will enjoying some of the very best resort amenities in the world. The Paradise Palms Resort was rated 4.8 stars in 2017. The clubhouse features a sauna, movie theatre, game room, internet lounge, basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with waterfall, pool slide, tiki bar and grill, kids pool, and much more!! Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
