Within 15 minutes to Disney World, you will not be disappointed with this home! Community Description

Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful gated community with an entrance full of palm trees and a large fountain ready to greet you on your vacation! This community has a lot of green space with lake views and even a bridge to walk on in the mornings to watch the sunrise! The kids can enjoy the playground as well making it a place that feels just like home on your vacation. Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
