Located in the gated community of West Haven this is a pretty, single level, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa overlooking orange groves.  �There are two seating areas; the first has a 3 seater sofa, loveseat and armchair as well as the dining area which seats 6 people.  �Continuing through there is a good sized kitchen which has an electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sinks with disposal unit and large American style fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser as well as a bar dining area seating 2 people.Utility room with washer and dryer.  �There is a separate breakfast nook that seats 4 and then you have the second of the two seating areas which has a 3 seater sofa, loveseat, armchair, 42 � flatscreen, DVD player, cable TV and patio doors to pool area.
The master bedroom has been lushly decorated and has a king size bed, patio doors to pool area, 24 � flatscreen, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with oval tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC.  �Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, 24 � flatscreen TV, double closet.  �Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, TVs, double closet and one has been decorated specifically with children in mind.  �There is a further family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.
The pool area has a covered lanai area with patio table seating 6 providing shade if you need it and the fully screened pool has spray jets and a spacious patio with 2 sun loungers and 2 chairs with footstools.  �The pool overlooks lush orange groves so at certain times of the year the scent of blossoms is wonderful.
Garage has been converted to a games room with pool table and ping pong table.  �There is off street parking for 2 cars, free WIFI and long distance calling. Grocery stores and restaurants are 5 minutes away and the Disney parks are a 15 minute drive.
