This spacious 1,277 square foot townhome is located in the luxurious Emerald Island Resort just 2 minutes away from Walt Disney World. While the location of the resort is the main selling point, it is the amenities guests end up talking about and come back for on return vacations.

The townhome itself includes many features that make Emerald Island like a home away from home. A fully furnished kitchen lets you prepare meals and serve them at the dining room table with all the things you need, you just bring your favorite foods. The three bedrooms have plenty of sleeping space for a family or large group to all spread out and have their own space. While the comfortably furnished living room provides a place for everyone to gather at the end of the day and relax watching the free cable tv.

Community Description

Emerald Island Resort is a newer community in the area and is only 2 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. This means guests are also minutes away from SeaWorld, Universal Orlando™ as well as all the shopping and dining offered in the area. Amenities include2 large community pools, clubhouse, fitness center, basketball courts and even a playground for the kids. Emerald Island has quickly become a leading choice for visitors in the Orlando area who want the proximity to the theme parks with the seclusion of staying in a private resort. Starting September 1, 2021, all guests arriving this date or later to Emerald Island Resort will be required to pay for a nonrefundable parking pass to enter the resort. The fee is $20 per VEHICLE to give you access to the resort and its amenities. Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
