Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV, walk in closet, single closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, double closet and TV. Further family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a fully screened in pool with small patio deck and covered lanai area with table seating 4 and 2 sun loungers. The pool overlooks a small pond and lush conservation, plus if you are traveling with your pet, there is a wide grassy area for walking. The garage has been converted to a games room and has a ping pong table. There is off street parking for one car and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the Disney attractions. There are shops/restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
