Don't let this pretty 4 bedroom villa fool you, there is a whole lot of space behind that deceptively narrow facade. Upon entry there is a dining room which seats 6 and beyond this you will find the double garage which has been converted to a games room. There is a pool table, air hockey table and foosball game as well as seating. There is also an 80's style gaming machine for retro fun for the kids. Moving into the house proper there is a fully equipped kitchen featuring electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser and bar seating for 4 people. There is also a breakfast table seating a further 4 people. The family living area has a comfortable corner sectional sofa, patio doors to the pool area and large flatscreen TV, cable TV and DVD.

The master bedroom is at the rear and has views over the pool area. There is a queen size bed, flatscreen TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with corner tub, separate glass shower, his n hers basins and WC. Master bedroom two also has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and walk in closet and has an en-suite with shower, basin and WC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, flatscreen TV and closet. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.


·This home has Electric pool heating which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days at an extra cost of $30.00 per day plus tax. Spa does not heat separately than the pool section.

Community Description

Outside there is a fully screened in pool and spa with spacious sunbathing deck, a shaded lanai area with patio table. The property is surrounded by lawn and to the rear there is a children's play area.  Off street parking for a car is provided and there is free WIFI throughout the villa.  The Disney attractions are only 15 minutes away and it is a short drive to restaurants and shops.
