This villa boasts an exceptional open plan living space with big comfy sofas and patio doors leading out to the screened pool.

The dining room has a homely solid wood table and chairs, perfect for any meal occasion and in addition there is a separate breakfast area with table and chairs for a more informal gathering looking out on to the pool deck.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need to give you total flexibility whether it is for a pre park breakfast, a light poolside lunch or full evening dinner.

The villa has its own a private pool. Perfect to relax in at anytime and is furnished with a sun beds and table and chairs for a little alfresco dining. The pool does have an optional heater which can be activated at an extra cost.

Keep in touch with free internet access and free local calling. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes.

Solana is a gated community with and has some of the best community facilities in the area. Facilities include a large pool and spa, beach volleyball court, recreation field and a golf putting green. Additionally there is a well equipped clubhouse with a fitness room, arcade & internet access for guests use.

Solana is just off Hwy 27 and is located well for Disney parks and the new Legoland park is a short 20 minute drive to the south. Close by is Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course which is highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
