Lake Davenport Estates is a beautiful community within 15 minutes to Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal & SeaWorld. Within seconds to shopping centers and two miles from Highlands Reserve golfing. Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
