Community Description

The Emerald Island Resort is the closest resort to Disney World. This 300 acre gated community has so many fun things to do not only for the kids but also the adults as well: 2 community pools, 24 hour security guards on duty, workout facilities, walking/running trails, free wifi, Tiki Bar at the main clubhouse pool with live entertainment certain times of the year, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. If you can think of it, Emerald Island probably has it! Emerald Island Resort will be required to pay for a nonrefundable parking pass to enter the resort. The fee is $20 per VEHICLE to give you access to the resort and its amenities. Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
