What makes this home unique besides the spa located in the private pool, but also that this home is located in a resort, but does not have rear neighbors! Your family will enjoy more privacy while still being close to the clubhouse and the park attractions! The updated hardwood floor and stainless steel appliances will make mom feel at ease in the living area while you entertain your family around the open floor plan. A master is downstairs around two living areas while upstairs has the remaining 6 bedrooms. The kids will love the Disney and Nickelodeon themed twin bedrooms while the adults will enjoy the more tropical decor in the other bedrooms. Plenty of space for everyone where you can relax and have a great time to Disney!

Community Description

Terra Verde is an award winning resort located less than 7 miles to Disney World. This vacation resort offers three and four bedroom townhouses as well as private vacation homes which range in size from 4 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Terra Verde was rated 4.7 in 2017. Take the kids fishing on the bridge over the stocked pond (catch and release only) or enjoy a small shuffleboard game. Challenge your friends on the beach volleyball court or basketball court and then cool off by the tiki bar with a cold refreshment. The gorgeous clubhouse also offers an Internet cafe, lounge area, and fitness room. There is so much to do in this gated community so just dive in and have the vacation of a lifetime! ·· Terra Verde Resort will require a non-refundable deposit of $20 per vehicle gate pass. ·· Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
