Community Description

An emerald is one of the most precious gems in the world, and Emerald Island Resort is the gem of Disney World resorts. With an elegant gated entrance followed by a large beautifully constructed fountain just minutes to Disney World, this resort gives guests that safe and relaxed comfort feeling every guest should have when they are on vacation. There is something for everyone in the family to do as they have two heated community pools, workout facilities, tiki bar by the pool, internet café, and there is so much more they offer our guests! The resort even has volleyball, tennis courts, and 11 acres of conservation area walking trails for guests who like to stay active during their vacation. Guests that leave here always come back to the beautiful Emerald Island Resort! Starting September 1, 2021, all guests arriving this date or later to Emerald Island Resort will be required to pay for a nonrefundable parking pass to enter the resort. The fee is $20 per VEHICLE to give you access to the resort and its amenities. Please note the minimum age requirement for renting this home is 25 years of age. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
